2026 Environmental Grant Recipients

That’s why this year we awarded 15 municipalities and organizations with an Environmental grant toward community naturalization and tree planting projects. Whether it’s planting flower beds downtown or creating a shared vegetable garden, we love seeing the creative ways you care for your communities.
The 2026 Community Naturalization/Tree Planting grant recipients are:
- Village of Alix – Tree planting at Rahr Park
- Village of Boyle – Tree planting in recreational spaces
- Village of Clive – Tree planting at Centennial Park
- Village of Clyde – Tree planting at recreational spaces
- Town of Crossfield – Tree planting at Bicycle Pump Track
- Town of Devon – Community garden maintenance
- Village of Foremost – Tree planting for parks and green spaces
- Johnson’s Beach Campground (Blairemore) – Tree planting
- Village of Milo – Campground beautification
- Rosedale Cemetery (MD of Wainwright) – Stump grinding
- Summer Village of South Baptiste – Tree planting
- Summer Village of West Baptiste – Tree planting at playground
- Village of Stirling – Community green project
- Thorhild County – Campground revitalization project
- Town of Bruderheim – Tree canopy at Bruderheim Ag. grounds
