Important Notice*

  • You cannot view your electricity bills through the My Account app. To access billing details, please contact your electricity retailer or visit their website.
  • To receive timely alerts about power outages, make sure your phone number and email are up to date with your retailer.
  • If you rely on medical equipment that needs electricity, please create a backup plan in case of an outage and ensure your medical information is updated with your retailer.
