We are a Load Settlement Agent (LSA). This means we conduct load settlement calculations for all sites in our service area. The load settlement calculation accounts for the hourly energy consumed by the customers of each retailer.
We also perform the load settlement calculation for Rural Electrification Association (REA) sites that are supplied by transmission points of delivery contained within our service area.
This document provides Profile types, distribution line loss percentages and the loss group code used in Load Settlement for our Rates and Options.
We are required to provide reports when Unaccounted For Energy (UFE) is outside of prescribed tolerances.
We post CSV files providing all profile values used in the settlement run. The files are kept in a ZIP format to allow for the automated download of the files.
We post CSV files providing a summary of Initial Monthly, Interim and Final settlement results dating back to 2005. The files are kept in a ZIP format to allow for the automated download of the files.
