To improve the reliability of our electrical distribution system in the Community of Coleman, FortisAlberta will soon move into Phase One of reconstruction and upgrade to the existing infrastructure. This work will take place in two stages to help minimize the disruption and impact on the day-to-day life of Coleman residents.
Construction will be most visible in the central area of the community.
We would like to thank residents for their patience as our crews complete this system upgrade and establishing a more reliable and resilient electrical distribution system in the Coleman community.
During upgrade work, please note that parts of the street or rear lanes may not be passable while construction occurs.
For us to work safely, customers within these areas may experience brief power outages. If you are affected, you will be notified by our Customer Care Centre by phone 48 hours in advance, so it is important that your retail service provider has your current phone contact information.
