Understanding your Electricity Bill
The delivery of electricity to your home or business is a fully regulated service whether you choose the regulated rate option, or purchase your energy through a competitive retailer.Under the regulated service, we are an electricity distribution provider that supplies electricity to customers within a specific service area.
Prepare for an Outage
In the event of an unplanned power outage, be prepared to take care of yourself and your family for a minimum of 72 hours.
